Description
The American flag with 38 Stars was created after Colorado became the 38th State in the Union in August of 1876. Five Presidents served under this Flag; Rutherford B. Hayes, James A. Garfield, Chester A. Arthur, Grover Cleveland, and Benjamin Harrison. In 1877 the Flag had a Concentric Circle Design.
